Sterling Heights Public Library Additions/Renovation
Sterling Heights, Michigan

Designed to meet the needs of a growing community, the library expansion includes an additional 5,000 s.f. of stack space allowing for a separate children’s area and expanded adult section, as well as new administrative offices, entry lobby and circulation area. The Program Center addition provides an assembly space to accommodate seating for 150 persons along with small serving kitchen and restroom facilities. The one story addition integrates with and enhances the existing building. The new structural framing was designed to support a second floor for future expansions.
