Speculative Facilities

Lynch Road Industrial Park
Detroit, Michigan

Formerly the Chrysler Lynch Road Assembly Plant, Dorchen/Martin Associates, Inc. was intimately involved with the developers, John Miller and Tom Vigliotti, on approximately 70% of the 1.65 million square feet of renovated space for warehousing and light industrial use.

Participation ranged from tenant program development, initial space planning, construction document preparation and permit acquisition. Some of the major tenants included The Parade Company, Detroit Board of Education Warehouse, Oakley Industries, Creative Industries, Trimline and Progressive Distribution.

Twin Hills Industrial Park
Rochester Hills, Michigan

Twin Hills Industrial Park is an excellent example of "High-Tech" speculative office/industrial parks.

Each of the 43,000 sf buildings provides tenants with flexibility in the location of office, manufacturing, shipping and receiving areas. The open planning also provides the developer with a variety of spatial sizes and utility allocation.
