Early Impressions Day Care is one of a number of Children’s day care facilities designed for use in an existing building. It is unique in that it shares space with two separate dental suites located in the upper level of a two story structure. The day care use took up the lower level – which has a large walkout area for access to a fenced play lot. The large three-classroom addition became a visual focal point and its proportions and residential outline provides a welcoming sight to the children as well as their parents.

Other DMA’s day care centers, adapting available buildings, are located in banks, houses, Chiropractor offices, general office buildings and retail strip centers.
