This new dealership was the first Chrysler Millennium II Branded Alpha Dealership designed and constructed in Michigan.  Representing the ultimate new image design that consolidates the sales and service of all four Chrysler brands - Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Dodge Truck - Golling CJD is a full service dealership incorporating sales, customer lounge and cafe, service and body shop in approximately 80,000 sf.  The architecture enhances the consumer purchasing experience while maintaining critical functions.

The classically designed exterior incorporating Chrysler's signature arched grand entry of glass and aluminum panels welcomes customers into the dramatic two story showroom and sales area.  The interior arched concourse leads customers through the sales areas into the retail parts shop, cafe and customer lounge.

Southfield Chrysler-Jeep

Being a highly successful dealership and familiar 12 Mile/Telegraph landmark for many years, Southfield Chrysler-Jeep has undergone an “Extreme Makeover”.  In an effort to enhance and improve their facility for customer enjoyment and brand recognition, Dorchen/Martin Associates, Inc. was commissioned to upgrade customer accessibility and dramatically transform their present interior and outdoor display areas.  The resulting renovation design includes a new monumental entry feature, two outdoor covered display areas and a 21^st century showroom that features a state-of-the-art furniture and brand display system by Knoll.

Sleek horizontal canopy bands, an impressively dramatic brushed aluminum paneled entry and polished metal accents are just a few of the design elements that have made Southfield Chrysler-Jeep the newest “polished gem” in their commercial neighborhood.  

Crestwood Dodge

Crestwood Dodge had undergone an extensive building program several years ago with an innovative 20,000 sf Service Department and Write-Up Reception addition. The latest in technology and design was incorporated into the addition to challenge the 90's product line and continue to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index.

The recent Showroom Renovation completes a total dealership transformation from the standard 25-year-old Chrysler facility.

Woodhaven Chrysler-Jeep

This new dealership was the first Chrysler 2000 series concept to be designed and constructed in the metropolitan Detroit region. Having had a 15+ year relationship with Chrysler and the Chrysler Realty Corporation, Dorchen/Martin Associates, Inc. was commissioned to provide architectural services. Woodhaven Chrysler-Jeep is a unique 27,000 sf facility set on a ten acre parcel of land in a renewal area of Woodhaven. Unlike the traditional dealership of the past, the 2000 series design effectively and efficiently combines the sales function with the service and write-up operation in a fashion that is comfortable for the customer and efficient for the owner.

A dramatic showroom and service write-up exterior incorporates a signature grand entry of glass and white synthetic plaster while decorative split-faced masonry and bold banding provide playful shadows and contrast at every turn. The dramatic two-story showroom, retail parts boutique, customer waiting, business center and18 service bays and related parts department combine efficiently and attractively to comfortably serve both the customer and staff.
